I. Overview
       This instrument is suitable inorganic non-metallic materials, the casting modeling material high temperature, room temperature determination of overall performance, but also applied to simulate the shape of the real situation of the liquid metal to the casting mold mixes high-temperature performance test.
      The instrument is the use of advanced computer technology, the smart meter technology for real-time detection and control of different parameters, experimental process parameters reflect real and effective, and to achieve a fast, stable, and reliable results. The heating of the sample as well as the constant temperature process can be set with the actual process of user requirements program control, PID control, etc..
        In the furnace Φ30 × 50mm cylinder specimens under test between the uprights, suffered the loads and the generated amount of deformation measured by the load sensor and the inductive displacement converted into electrical parameters, the input to the computer, the computer data processing , storage, and output data results report.

      This instrument is mainly for scientific research units, engineering colleges and factory test measurement of inorganic non-metallic materials, styling mixes with high temperature performance, room temperature ~ 1400 ℃ within the following test.

               4, the thermal deformation of the sample under a fixed load.
